course, some fear is normal. Those built-in intuitive common sense
fears are necessary for safety and well-being.
It's
the unjustified fears that produce negative results and, it's the
negative results that can be so destructive to self-esteem and

Begin by
controlling the self-talk you're programming into your subconscious
mind. If you're consistently self-talking fear and negativity, you'll
create fearful and negative results.
Work to
eliminate those unjustified fears - take a
